1, An owner or occupier of a lot must not transport any goods, furniture or other large objects to and from lots and through common property ("removals") unless: a. removals are carried out between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm or in accordance with the hours as determined by the Owners Corporation from time to time; b. sufficient notice is provided to the executive committee or the strata manager writing before the removals are carried out; c. a nominee of the executive committee has been notified in wetting when the removals are to be carried out to enable necessary keys to be issued; d. all areas are protected outside their lot from damage when carrying out removals; e. all goods and furniture are transportedi n the manner reasonably directed by the Owners Corporation; and f. the owner or occupier does not create noise that causes discomfort, disturbance or interference with activities of any other occupier of the building. 2. LIABILITY An owner or occupier of a lot will be liable for any damage caused to any part of the common property as a result of carrying out removals and will make good that damage immediately after it has occurred.
