Special By-Law 4: Lot 26 air conditioning (formerly By-law 31, V460540)

The proprietors for the time being of Lot 26 shall be entitled to the exclusive use of the common property wall located under the two shop awnings only and shall have the right to install and maintain thereon at their own expense two air conditioners, but subject to the following conditions: a. The air conditioners must be constructed and maintained to the satisfaction of the Body Corporate; « b. The structures erected pursuant to this By-Law shall be erected in a proper and workmanlike manner and responsibility for repair and maintenance or renewal or replacement thereof shall rest with the proprietor.
